Peyton’s educational path began with a Bachelor’s degree in Public Health (2019), followed by a Master’s in Aging Studies (2020), both from Wichita State University. She then obtained a Master’s in Social Work from The University of Texas at Arlington (2024). Peyton is committed to using her knowledge and skills to support her clients on their journey toward healing and well-being.
Peyton is a compassionate therapist who specializes in helping clients navigate challenges such as abuse, anxiety, depression, grief, trauma, and relationship conflict. She has extensive experience working with individuals facing bereavement, caregiver burden, dementia, as well as those dealing with domestic violence, narcissism, self-esteem issues, and teen mental health.
Peyton’s therapeutic approach is centered on authenticity - creating a safe, non-judgmental space where clients can be their true selves. Through raw, honest conversations, she helps clients unpack their struggles, embrace their unique stories, and move forward with clarity and confidence. Her goal is to provide genuine support, empowering clients to heal in a way that feels true to them.
Outside of therapy, Peyton enjoys traveling, reading, and exploring new cultures, which deepen her understanding of diverse perspectives. A food enthusiast, she loves discovering new cuisines and savoring culinary experiences. With a blend of professional expertise and personal passion, Peyton brings a holistic, empathetic approach to her work, guiding clients on their journey to healing.
