Ashley is a Licensed Clinical Marriage and Family Therapist. She is also a Licensed Masters Addiction Counselor. Ashley has experience working with diverse individuals who are struggling with anxiety, depression, and bipolar disorder. She also helps people who may be facing other psychological difficulties such as grief / loss, addiction, and phase of life or adjustment issues (e.g. divorce, launching of children, empty nest, retirement, etc.). She uses Brief / Solution-Focused Therapy and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy but is willing to adjust to the client's needs. She will work with you to manage life stresses in a more helpful way so that you can focus on bettering yourself. She has additional training in Couples Communication and Prepare and Enrich.
