Carolyn works with individuals, couples and families in reducing anxiety and stress, improving the ability to cope with difficult emotions, improving communication skills, increasing self-awareness of behavioral patterns and expanding one's self-acceptance and resilience. Carolyn works to empower clients through offering a supportive and compassionate space in which clients can feel safe to explore their areas of personal growth.  She uses Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), drawing on the healing power of emotional connection. She has additional training in Prepare and Enrich and is a member of the American Association for Marriage and Family Therapy.
